Lose weight, get educated, and have fun
Anyone who wants to lose weight can join our challenge regardless of your preferred method for losing weight. Each participant pays a nominal fee for the 10 week course. This fee is used to defray the costs of the venue and as a contribution towards the prize for the top three biggest losers. Each week the participants convene to log their weights and measurements and to receive a short but highly informative discussion about losing weight and dietary improvements. At the end of the 10 week period, the top three participants with the biggest weight loss share in the cash bonuses. There are also other prices to be won throughout the 10-week challenge.
Thanks to the encouragement and support provided via the weight loss challenge structure, participants experience more consistent weight loss and often manage to break bad habits that they were unable to shake on their own.
